Also, I agree with wanting to see it used on Takagi.

I'd like Conan to use the stun gun/bowtie on Inspector Megure. For example when Superindentent Matsumoto is onto a certain case and Megure is to just accompany him.

I think he has already used it on Megure in the past, but I may be imagining things.

No, he didn't use it on Megure ever.
People than were used to solve cases by putting to sleep were: Kogoro, Sonoko, Heiji, Eri, Inspector Yamamura and that one detective dude in the Stage Actress Murder Case. Agasa was also used but without putting to sleep.

No, Ran wasn't used. There were times when Shinichi helped her by phone like in that Snowy Mountain Case and that Supermarket case, but she was never put to sleep or used in any other "Conan" way.

He wanted to use her in the June Bride case, but he accidentally hit Sonoko instead.

No, that was the bandaged man case he intended to use Ran for the deduction, but hit Sonoko instead.

Speaking of which, nice to see the latest case have a Sonoko deduction again.
