Anyway, I'm too sleepy to read back the previous pages so who else thinks Ran and Kaitou Kid make a good pairing? I'm a ShinRan shipper myself but they've become a bit too cheesy for me lately. 

Nah, Aoko makes a better partner for Kaito.

May be, but I like the way Kaito is courting Ran a lot more.

That sneaky little thief will never get hands on Ran. I think Conan will find out.

This movie was one big fan service in my opinion It was a little annoying that Kaito's appearances were a little too comical, though I must say, that was the most original way to steal a ring It was fun watching him and Conan working together. Of course the "HEY, THAT'S MY..." caught me a little off guard. Next time Kid should have his revenge >:D

And again Haibara's role was doing nothing. Why do they ignore her in every movie? >:( Even in the Raven Chaser where her involvement was a must. Only in Countdown to Heaven she was a little active. I vote the 15th movie to be only about her

First: Thanks DCTP Team! Great work!

I liked the movie, but also was quiet disappointed. I had a strange feeling after watching it, not the excitement, which I had after all the other movies.

Don't you guys think that the music of the movie was quiet odd? So completely different from the rest what you normally hear in Conan episodes+movies? Or is it just me.

But in total I liked the movie!

Looking forward to the 15th. Just another year to wait (until release with subs )

first of all, QUITE

second of all, not really. The movie soundtracks have been fairly similar since 9 or 10 and really this is pratically the same as Movie 13's soundtrack except the overused main theme/s of Movie 13 were actually good instead of THE BLIMP'S ANNOYING THEME MUSIC but at least movie 14 actually had some old Conan songs. And ignoring what I just said, they both have a couple of other decent songs and lots of pointless 15 second songs but the rest is crap pretty much.

Just downloaded and watched it today. LOVE. I have a new favourite movie. I could witter forever, but I'll summarize my feelings thus: Kid, you jammy bastart. Even when you fail, you're awesome.

yeah, Raven Chaser should have her involvement also yet.... i really hope so, too but I'm going to put my bet on it not happening at the same time

Finally i got a chance to watch the movie,  and i just wanted to say Thank you so much DCTP for your hard work on this project I thoroughly enjoyed it.  One of the better DC movies in my opinion, sure there where some cons to this movie but what great movie does not have a few of those?

yeah, Raven Chaser should have her involvement also yet.... i really hope so, too but I'm going to put my bet on it not happening at the same time

And even in movie 5 her doing stuff was overblown drama then couples drama which she had no part in... wah wahhh.

oh god I don't know what pissed me off more, Haibara actually thinking the machine didn't show what she'll look like in 10 years because IT KNOWS SHE WILL BE DEAD or her self-parody crying over an answering machine.

The answering machine I think was worse. Written the first thing could be thought of as morbid humor and was only made the way it was through like the directing.

Given how over the top Movie 5 Haibara was (kkslider didn't mention the worst part- her 'plan' to not escape), I can't say that Haibara's limited role in most movies is a big negative. Also, it is annoying as hell whenever she says something remotely deep or profound and then says "joking, joking". Even worst than Conan's "I saw it on TV" schtick.

Since Gosho something makes something from AOs and movies canon like Yamamura's position, I wouldn't get surprised if Kaito will know Conan's identity as Shinichi in the manga. Besides, he already has his suspicions about him, it's only a matter of time now.

Hmm, yea, i noticed it too.
Actually i was pretty suprised when Yamamura got promoted in the movie.
I was like, did this happen in the anime .. ? O_o
But later on, when Yamamura appeared in the anime, then he was still kinda showing off that he was promoted to an inspector. <_<

It would be weird if person with such a mind like Kaito wouldnt be suspicious of a kid who can compete with him. <w<
I wonder when he will actually point it out in the manga that Kaito knows it. owo

I forgot to mention that i managed to annoy ma sister yday with the details from the movie. >:3
We both watched DC when we were lil but she doesnt remember much of it.
She had like "W/E" face on all the time. xD
I also showed her the ending part of the movie. owo
