I came into this not expecting much and I was not disappointed. A brief summary of what I didn't like:
-The bullet dodging got completely ridiculous. Yes, this is not real, but a degree of realism is always nice. Having one or two scenes where someone dodges bullets from a handgun is ok- having several umpteen where someone is basically impervious to bullets just removes any semblance of tension. For an example of bullet dodging done right, see the end of Movie 3, for an example of it done badly, but still somewhat better, see Movie 13. What's going on here is basically Jedi-Conan and that's not interesting at all.
-The bacteria was a painfully obvious misdirect. In the Conan world, it is very rare for a large number of people to actually be at risk; add to that the blowing up of the research area and the fact that some people get 'infected' (the last is relevant because in Conan, someone who doesn't die immediately almost never dies) and it's clear that something else was going on.
-Conan's plan for victory was ridiculous. Though I can get over it being unrealistic (flying cars and all), it seems insanely unsafe and unreliable (a lot of the hostages and all of the villains could have been killed or injured). Given that Conan is able to dodge bullets at ease, wouldn't it be easier for him to knock out the boss and then deal with the lackeys?
-The Big Boss not actually being the Big Boss was too obvious.
-The whole plot has an insanely Rube-Goldberg-esque feel to it. If you have a bunch of highly trained mercenaries and criminals at your beck and call, surely there are easier ways to steal the Nara Buddhas than the ridiculous airship plot.
-Haibara getting caught talking by the accomplice. That wasn't really bad, just dumb. Apparently, Conan's warning bounced right off her head.
-Conan was even more careless than usual. Going up to smoke out the Big Boss before he had made sure that there were no other accomplices on board was dumb (he didn't follow his own advice).
-There wasn't actually a mystery. Shouldn't Conan movies at least have some mystery and not be all cliched action sequences?
Pros
-The goat.

Man will go down into the pit, and all his thoughts will perish. The uneasy consciousness, which in this obscure corner has for a brief space broken the contented silence of the universe, will be at rest. Matter will know itself no longer. 'Imperishable monuments' and 'immortal deeds,' death itself, and love stronger than death, will be as though they had never been."
