when I saw this I thought this movie is satisfying all the different kinds of fans  ;D.

the best thing in the movie was the appearance of all the characters, all of them were just awesome, even Kogoro had that one good moment.

Kid made the whole movie fun to watch, made me laugh, especially that scene.

on the other hand, the worse thing about kid is the speed of his clothes changing while falling.

Yeah, that was a tense scene. Even Ai was shocked. I'v never seen her that shocked before in the series, unless you count for the BO encounters.
Maybe the anime staff are picking favorites like 4kids did in Pokemon. >:D

I came into this not expecting much and I was not disappointed. A brief summary of what I didn't like:

-The bullet dodging got completely ridiculous. Yes, this is not real, but a degree of realism is always nice. Having one or two scenes where someone dodges bullets from a handgun is ok- having several umpteen where someone is basically impervious to bullets just removes any semblance of tension. For an example of bullet dodging done right, see the end of Movie 3, for an example of it done badly, but still somewhat better, see Movie 13. What's going on here is basically Jedi-Conan and that's not interesting at all.
-The bacteria was a painfully obvious misdirect. In the Conan world, it is very rare for a large number of people to actually be at risk; add to that the blowing up of the research area and the fact that some people get 'infected' (the last is relevant because in Conan, someone who doesn't die immediately almost never dies) and it's clear that something else was going on.
-Conan's plan for victory was ridiculous. Though I can get over it being unrealistic (flying cars and all), it seems insanely unsafe and unreliable (a lot of the hostages and all of the villains could have been killed or injured). Given that Conan is able to dodge bullets at ease, wouldn't it be easier for him to knock out the boss and then deal with the lackeys?
-The Big Boss not actually being the Big Boss was too obvious.
-The whole plot has an insanely Rube-Goldberg-esque feel to it. If you have a bunch of highly trained mercenaries and criminals at your beck and call, surely there are easier ways to steal the Nara Buddhas than the ridiculous airship plot.
-Haibara getting caught talking by the accomplice. That wasn't really bad, just dumb. Apparently, Conan's warning bounced right off her head.
-Conan was even more careless than usual. Going up to smoke out the Big Boss before he had made sure that there were no other accomplices on board was dumb (he didn't follow his own advice).
-There wasn't actually a mystery. Shouldn't Conan movies at least have some mystery and not be all cliched action sequences?

Pros
-The goat.

Almost same critics as the ones posted already... I'd like to mention the second one getting knocked out by Conan, (Cat B I think) grabbing Conan's belt, even Conan can't predict such stupidity :P

It's a movie. Not canon.

window scene was pretty sweet

but anyway, in a way I actually preferred this to 13, because I came into this expecting "kid and conan in an airship while some people hijack it" and that's what I got, whereas movie 13 was hyped solely as a BO movie and the "main case" really didn't have all that much to do with em. Overall though, dunno which I really prefer, but I had a good time with this movie at least.

...sure. I doubt it really matters ever considering that's basically the only thing from the movies referenced in other movies.

Had great scenes, had not so great scenes. Overall was a fun ride and will be one of the more notable movies in my mind, cons weren't big enough to not be fun. Movie passes.

Sidenote, really does open up possibility of further blatant Conan/Kid cooperation. Was done well in this one, and plenty more to do it on in the future.
