If you want explanation for why:
1) London was already used in movie 6 and stuff....
2) We all know Ai doesn't get much appearance or an important role in these movies (not even if its a BO movie, apparently)
3)S/T was beat to death in the manga by Gosho.

Since 13 was BO and 14 was Kid, my only thought is that its going to be general case with some sort of weird theme.

Just re-watched the trailer again. This thought came to me: what if this astronaut who went to the moon, HATED the moon for some reason, and put a time bomb on it?
