Edit:  Actually, Yusaku being Bourbon would make a fair amount of sense and would be the kind of twist Gosho would throw at us, since all we know of him is that Kir doesn't know much about him.

However, that doesn't seem likely after Clash of Red and Black showed us just how much trouble one has to go to infiltrate the BO.  Plus, while Yusuku could do it since he can do anything, that's the same reason he's not likely to be the one because that's just cheating.

In any case the main thing that remains unexplained regarding that whole situation right now is the temporary buzz Haibara got when he was introduced.  ...at least as far as the anime goes, I don't know what BO stuff has come next in the manga yet.

How to address this...
If it's about the unsuitability of the transparent text vs a spoiler box, in the middle of typing that post, something demanded my immediate attention, so I forgot to change the transparent text to a spoiler box. By the time I remembered, I had already switched off the comp. I fixed it first thing in the morning.  I'm not worried about it as I flagged it obviously as a spoiler; as long as the user isn't blatantly incompetent, they should have taken the hint not to read it. I think only a few browsers have issues with transparent text (Opera maybe?) and not too many people highlight everything they read, so very, very few people would have inadvertently seen it anyway.
If it's about that 579 is BO plot related and contains something to do with Bourbon, I fail to see how I spoiled anything. The already subbed preview for 578 clearly indicated 578 had plot related stuff in it, it was already stated in the thread about the lineup for July that the eps were BO plot related, and the sub of 578 with the subbed preview for 579 was about to come out in a couple of hours which showed the BO plot is involved.
If the BO plot is involved, it's a given that Bourbon will appear/be mentioned in some capacity since we are in the middle of the Bourbon arc. Finally, the spoiler isn't even that bad. So... I don't think anyone is crying themselves to sleep over my comment. You shouldn't, since you already read the manga chapters if I'm not mistaken.

although I haven't read the manga case, that seems to easily be one of the most significant things to happen in the past year plot-wise. If this was another series I might not care as much but considering how high the awesomeness meter goes up during plot cases like this and considering how slow (and at times far too rare) the plot cases are, pretty much anything worth mentioning related to the plot counts as a spoiler to me.
