Additional Question:
Has anyone of you acted like a detective in real life?

Once, but no one cooperated with me  ::)

PS. I actually act more like a prosecutor rather than a detective.

I know Manfred doesn't really count because Franziska cries cuter than him.

Now moving on to the topic,

I don't really think in this time era detectives outside of Police force detectives thrive...being a Private Investigator wouldn't bring much success - it's not as romantic and noir-like as you see in movies/shows.  At the end of the day if you don't make the cash, you're not going to survive.

In this world where technology is vastly improving, you may not need a super detective like Shinichi; Shinichi's great at kind of the kooky murder cases where the culprit thinks of elaborate schemes with tape and fishing wire, vcr recordings, etc.  All in all, some thorough investigating usually gets the job done.  I can't say so myself that these strange murder cases happen frequently or not, but I assume they don't.

So to answer your question, no it probably wouldn't happen, the police I think would never a citizen meddle in crime scenes - plus no Adrian Monks or Kudo Shinichis exist in real life :/

Yeah, that's true, even though I think having the skills detectives have would be cool, realistically, I don't see too many jobs for private detectives these days.
