I'd really like to see Haibara being important and carrying the story on once more.

I'd love to see an exciting car chase scene including Gin's Porsche before the final showdown with Gin and the real boss.

Ran's absence excuses are always, shopping/eating with Sonoko, going to the karate club. I want her to have more places to go.

I expect Shinichi taking Ran to the restaurant again and propose her there. The same restaurant where Shinichi's father propsed.
You know, in TV, if they're gonna be lovers they have to get married in the end.

In the end Takagi and Sato marries, everyone expect that i believe.

Professor Agasa finds a lover or reunites with the old one : )

Without any help from Conan is my thought on it. I can’t recall the last time he’s solved a case on his own without him helping out.

No, he was incompetent as a detective in the police force too.  Remember, Megure says that all the cases he was on went cold, back in one of the very first episodes.
