Probably the most decent bootleg copy you can ever obtain from Quiapo or whereever you are buying DVDs... There was also 1 decent movie collection... I think I was able to buy 1 bootleg copy with DC Movies 1-6 then 8-10...

After that, all the pirated volumes have the same set of episodes over and over (and 1 volume only has 20-24 episodes), and worst of all the 1st part is included in 1 volume while 2nd part is included in another... That's why I shifted to downloading...

Episode Suggestion: If you want some cool Kogoro moments, watch Episode 27-28 Kogoro's Class Reunion Murder Case...

Another one: Episode 52: Mist Goblin Legend Murder Case is good too...

just start watch all... maybe...

but i just recently watch The Coded Map of the City Case

Spoiler:
there's a couple ecchi scene

How do you consider that echi?  ;D That's like underwears. Then nothing else

not just the underwear.. but a couple scene genta peek a woman in changing room

That's what im saying, but come on you'd been happy with that??? wtf

detective conan is a series that have litle ecchi stuf

most of the case and setting is about murder, dead body and dying message.. so i just point that 1 episodes is quice ecchi.. (not as much as when conan peek into bare naked ayumi & Ai)

---------------

on side note... WHY?? you buy the bootleg.. they sel something that even the fansub is putting efort and didnt ask us money... tehy take  money they didn't deserve...

why not downloading it from this site???

the megaupload link is always aviable...

but if the bootleg version is on your native langguage.. then, there is nothing we can do

I haven't been to Quiapo for months now so I dunno what recent volumes are available... Before I was able to purchase Volume 3: Episode 100-120 something then I think the succeeding volumes appears to just have random episodes... Not sure if DC already has a boxset... I really suggest, you just start downloading for Episode 100 onwards...

oh..

let me share my experience

Becase my internet is slow.. (1 normal eps is need around 8 hours in work day but it's only 50 minutes in sunday) i search for people who have a quick internet speed and premium megaupload account

i pay him Rp.20.000 for 1 dvd ( 4.4 GB )
i just give him the list that the quyen make.. and paid by transfer then he gave me the dvd (4 dvd full of conan update from 2009-2010. it was 89 eps )

1 US $ is equal to Rp. 9.800

Since I know how hard it is to download with slow connection (I experienced that also) I've been sharing my files to my friends and my brotha is also exchanging downloaded episodes with his classmates. It's really give and take...

The truth is, I was able to download so many episodes using the client's internet connection... It was so fast that I can download 8 Monster episodes all at once in just a few minutes using the feature of Realplayer that can download while the episode is streaming... I think 4 episodes was the maximum for DC...

@ Beastly

Try this site... You might be more successful downloading here: (File size is relatively lower)

http://animestash.info/anime/show/356

However, I'm not sure if you'll like the quality of videos ... And the episode list isn't complete which is also the case in most GENERAL anime sites...

Oh it's totally Moonlight Sonata. There's no question about it.

That could probably be said about it in relation to the whole series. In terms of emotional impact, the only case I can think of being even close is the Locked Bathroom Case (121-122) and that case isn't especially well known because it's only been done by XCHKS. The mystery part of it is very nice as well.
Detective Movies Contest 2013: Information Thread  Current Faceoff

"The energies of our system will decay; the glory of the sun will be dimmed, and the earth, tideless and inert, will no longer tolerate the race which has for a moment disturbed its solitude. Man will go down into the pit, and all his thoughts will perish. The uneasy consciousness, which in this obscure corner has for a brief space broken the contented silence of the universe, will be at rest. Matter will know itself no longer. 'Imperishable monuments' and 'immortal deeds,' death itself, and love stronger than death, will be as though they had never been."

Oh, wait! What about "Mountain Villa Bandaged Man Murder Case"? I mean, it's no moonlight sonata, but it was pretty good.

Now that I read through this, I can't believe I have yet to show this to my friend. I'll have to get to that. Since we're staying at school for Senior Week, we agreed to at least watch Countdown to Heaven and The Phantom of Baker Street. I'll have to add this to the list, along with that clock mansion case (all the other obvious ones I've shown her). Since she does know some Spanish, she has also said that I can show her some that are past FUNimation's reach, so I'll have to show her Ai's introduction, the little re-encounter with the organization, and, of course, Desperate Revival (only seen one of these in Spanish, so it'll be a new experience for me, as well).

I'll end now before this sidetracks too far.
