Nope, because you'd have to hit exactly the same place. The only thing you'll get from a needle when you get hit often in a particular place is a thicker skin. But not a scar (if he didn't scratch himself with that needle)

I still can't believe he's got THAT many scars... Then again I do have lotsa bruises so I guess scars are like bruises when you're a detective who gets cases every week, lol.
