The problem is when you're writing something in English (or any other language, for that matter) and throwing in words of other languages, romaji or not.

LOL romaji
Did I spell it or use it wrong? I meant Japanese words written in roman characters.

but how can I when IDK how to type in Japanese text...heck I don't know how to write in Japanese

My point is, don't throw dozens of random trendy japanese words and anime catchphrases to make your post/article/story sound more "authentic" (or whatever else the fanfic writers and the LJ bloggers claim). Most of the time it makes it look wakarinikui incomprehensible to those who don't speak Japanese and ridiculous to those that do understand even a bit of the language.
As already stated, being in RÅ

This topic needs a better keikaku.

What's sad was I didn't have to read the white text to understand the word. D:

Because English doesn't have the granularity in the prefix titles to reflect them, fanfic writers usually use them. Though some fanfic writers don't understand what the honorifics actually mean and just use the generic ones. At that point, you don't need them....

I think the suffix's add some character to the story, plus for some reason It always feels weird when I have Conan just say "Ran."

Unless he is in uber cool mode, then its totally alright.
