Well, you are a minor so of course someone 30 years younger (or older, which would be more relevant in your case) would be very strange (or illegal) in your case.
But if you grow older - say when you are double your current age (26 or 27) - your view might change.
Though, 30 years is really uncommon. And it is normal for humans to be allienated by uncommon (meaning: not normal) things.
Though the danger exists that this leads to discrimination.

Because is wife was also a teacher and he said once in class that he was old enough to be her father, now the 30 years I cant confirm I heard that from somewere else so it might just be 20 or so.

Well, if anything it shows that marriage despite a great age difference can happen.
I have no idea how stable that relationship is and if it will last longer than if your two teacher had partners their own age, but I guess it shows how much influence just having the same jobs can have. (My guess is that they came to know (and love) each other because they are both teachers).


So it is a good sign for Conan x Ayumi if Ayumi decides to continue working as a Detective as well. 
And in their case the age difference would be much smaller than in your example.


I guess the major obstacle for their relationship (beside Shinichis love for Ran) is whether Conan will be around Ayumi long enough and if he will (slowly) realize that she is growing up and that he can't consider her a "just a child" forever. Like said before, if he stays in his shrunken state he has several years while growing up the natural way (again) to go through these changes.
