Something special about movie 2...

Postby HiddenDetective » December 15th, 2009, 3:11 pm

I just recalled something special about movie 2 that no other movies (or future movies, likely) have or will ever share; does anyone care to guess/put up his/her own opinion about it before I share it?

... HAS Nemuri No Kogoro been used in another movie? I don't think it was in 1. He spoke directly to the perps in 3, 4, and 5, Yuusaku caught the real perp in 6, Heiji caught the guy in 7, Sleeping Eri was used in 8, Agasa in 9, Heiji and Conan caught the guy together in 10, Conan faced the guy with Ran and Sonoko in 11, he faced the guy alone in 12 and 13... it is Nemuri No Kogoro, isn't it?

Ran kisses a little boy on the mouth.

Conan shoots Ran.

Why didn't Conan,Kogoro, etc check if someone had the remaining poker cards. That would have solved the entire mystery before the place flooded  ;)

ok, I might as well say it. Movie 2 is the only one containing canon material to be kept by the original plot: Kogoro's past 10 years ago and the reasons for his resignation and his divorce. And some Chinese DC sites mention that Sato should have a big bullet injury mark on her chest from what happened in movie 4, but that's not really important.

I disagree. How would you know that is canon or not?

I don't recall seeing in the manga the "reasons for his resignation and his divorce", but I'm probably wrong.

whoops, made a mistake, it's not his divorce, but (living location) separation with Eri. I'm pretty sure that Gosho won't make his past different from what's already revealed.
