How will be beginning of the end?

The idea behind this topic is explained in the title, When Gosho finally decides to put and end to DC how is it going to Start?
For example: Recently Takagi got Conan's cell phone from Jodie but besides the fact that he discovered that the victim (Shu) meet with Conan and Jodie he needs and ID. Matching the phones fingerprints with the police database he discards Jodie, maybe find Akai's identity and mysteriously a matching ID of Kudo Shinichi instead of Conan's. Then he decides to discuss the issue with someone and he is either overheard by someone in the BO or he tells the wrong person.
There are other possibilities, Kaito Kid decides to disguise himself as Shinichi because he either knows who is Conan or because he believes  that going as Kudou will make things easier a he isn't around. Unfortunately this shows a living Shinichi on National TV and alerts the BO. Another theory is that bourbon discovers who is Haibara, Conan or both starting a chase...

IMO, there are too many uncertain facts to start discussing the posible end of DC. I really can't imagine how it will be.

Well, you make a good argument, but... I think the beginning of the end will be something like this:

MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

A man is murdered during a party and [s]Jimmy[/s] Shinichi Kudo is called to solve the case. He solves the case, revealing the host to be the murderer. Later, [s]Jimmy[/s] Shinichi and [s]Rachel Moore[/s] Ran Mouri take a trip together to an amusement park when a man is decapitated during a roller coaster ride. [s]Jimmy[/s] Shinichi reveals the murderer to be the man's ex-girlfriend, [s]Haley[/s] Some Lady. He reveals that [s]Haley[/s] Some Lady, using her necklace made of piano wire along with a hook in her purse, looped the wire around the victim's neck, and hooked the hook onto the roller coaster tracks during the ride. Haley reveals that the victim broke up with her and she planned to kill herself after murdering him first. After the case [s]Jimmy[/s] Shinichi follows two strange men in black he saw on the roller coast case and witnesses a deal taking place. At that moment he is attacked from behind by the two men and, intending to kill him, force feed him a newly developed poison.

There will then be a one-week break to let you catch your breath, followed by...

[s]Jimmy[/s] Shinichi wakes up and finds that he has become a young child due to the poison. After proving his identity to Professor Agasa and relaying his story, he decides that, under Agasa's advice, he must hide his identity or those black-clothed men will come back to murder him and those connected to him. [s]Jimmy[/s] Shinichi renamed, "Conan Edogawa" is placed in the care of [s]Rachel[/s] Ran and her father, Richard Moore Kogorou Mouri who owns a detective agency which may allow him to gather information on the black-clothed men.

I'm assuming you specifically mean the part where it ends up being 95 percent (if not 100 percent) plot related stuff all the way until the ending.

I randomly guess it will be the climax of the next part of the story after the Okiya Subaru stuff. Or maybe when Ran finally figures out Conan=Shinichi without Conan tricking her to think otherwise later.

Regardless, the last 10 or so volumes of Conan will probably be more awesome than 345 and Clash of Red and Black combined.

I'm assuming you specifically mean the part where it ends up being 95 percent (if not 100 percent) plot related stuff all the way until the ending.

Yeah, that's it. I'm not asking How it's going to end, but what do you expect to see as a mark indicating the end of the "filler" cases (cases not related to the BO).

While you got a point, I don't hope for the last few volumes, every single one should be awesome. Not that I'm complaining in the quality, well manga quality, not all the anime originals are good...

I think some how it is heading to a slow ending already, may be 200 episodes to go, may be less or a bit more, because Takagi and Sato has finally kissed, which means one story is ALMOST done. Also, last time when Shinshi and Ran met they were very near to confess.
There is a CIA member with the BO and the FBI are watching. I can not think of details but, it might be something in the fillers, something we did not pay attention to, but I agree on the fact that Takagi having Conan's cell phone is an important incident, because somehow, i think that Takagi or Sato or both will know Conan's ID sooner or later and they will help him most likely. That's one thing I could think of.

However, my favourite FANTASY is that the BO will know somehow that Shinchi is a live, they kidnap Ran ( they do not kill her because vermouth) they ask Shinchi to come to do something for them, like encoding something then killing him, in the same time Ai would finish making something to return them, but she is not sure if it will work or kill them and she-previously- would have warned Conan saying that she is still working on it, but of course when this happens to Ran he decides to take it, and with a good plan with the FBI,Police and everyone he goes.....

Assume that, finally, everything has ended, either for the good or not - what will happen to DCTP and this forum? Will they just crumble and rot slowly until nothing is left over? Or will it find a way to exist further, either just being Off-topic or still discussing DC despite the plot has come to an end? Or will we just change the anime and dicuss the new one?

Well, there is still a number of old anime episodes left to sub and a few others that could use a new version, well depending how long it will take to end the series it might not be true in the future, and even if DC ends Gosho will probably restart Magic Kaito and with the number of Kid fans it could be the future, and then again even after the end of the manga there is still a chance for new movies and OVAs, the anime it's making lots of money, so even if they end the production of TV episodes because fans don't like Anime Originals they will probably keep releasing new content one way or another.

The kidnapping part? I so do not want to see. That would be too cliché. Damsel in distress? I want Ran's strong character to play a part in the ending instead.
