Detective Conan DVDs (Japan)

Does anyone have experience in getting DC dvds from Japan..?  I was searchin around and I found this website that had the first 6 parts of the anime show for like 20 dollars each....I can't really believe if it's true or not, here look.

Also, apparently these dvds are region free and have english subs in them..wtf? is this for real?

Region free and english subs?  It's a Chinese bootleg copy.  The subs will be similar to XCHKS subs (horrible english and styling).

I've gotten stuff from Japan. I suggest CDJapan or Amazon. Stock may vary.
