-Helicopter scene: The helicopter was REALLY high to notice what the hell was going on... it's obvious that people would notice the heli, but perhaps they wouldn't understand why was that heli there, moreover, they wouldn't notice the guns being fired right away...

-Conan murderer : I really don't get why people say that... Conan attacked the BO helicopter to stop them... Also, Conan would know, in fact we all SHOULD know, that a helicopter crash won't kill Gin or any other BO member... Also, the heli was from the BO, I'm postive that it had parachutes,ejection seats, and all the things needed to handle a situation like that...

Didn't catch that during my run down of this thread but people are actually calling Conan a murderer?
That never even crossed my mind when watching the movie because what else was Conan suppose to do?
I'm sure he used his powers to play out every other scenario in his head while running from the bullets and deduced that this would be the only outcome that would save him. Then justified the chance of killing the people on board the helicopter with his survival...or he was pissed and didn't care at that point.

As for the helicopter, they sound like a beast in the air even when high up. So people would of noticed it, especially when it's pumping bullets into a tower and glass shards are falling to the ground level. Then, there was it flying away while being on fire and crashing.....that whole ending sequence couldn't be explained which is why they pretended it never happened during the credits.

Kir: Why she didn't appeared? check the intro of the movie, Conan was with the BO boss email adress issue, Kir showed up after that arc...

But Yamato showed up until after Clash of Red and Black so that doesn't work as a reason.

I thought of two other references to DC cases in the movie that haven't been brought up yet. The first was Ran asked Matsumoto about his daughter who was also her teacher Ms. Matsumoto from the lemonade lemon tea bride case (78ish). The second was Ran thinking about Kyougoku dodging a rifle bullet; Makoto dodged one in the Bloody Valentine case in chapter 334.

It is rather a question of small things (tenuity if you know what I mean). This whole scene with the helicopter...before I start, I enjoyed this scene very much. It was good. But...

This whole scene with the helicopter was a big non-canon thing. Gosho would probably never create such a scene, and even if he did, he wouldn't let Shinichi do what he did, becuse that is totaly out of his character. That's why someone brought up the case with Sherry' first appearance, because it was a very similar case. Back then Shinichi called her a murderer, even though he was deep in mind aware of that if she hadn't done what she did, Sherry would have been killed. But at first he didn't care. Now when you have this helicopter scene, you would expect that Shinichi or syomeone else would somehow corner them like suddenly police helicopters appear, so they could only do one thing, that is retreating.

Well, i think movie 13 is a great watch overall, even though there are some oddities here and there.

The nightmare scene was really good. Having Gin suddenly appearing behind conan, that was just like a scene out of a horror movie. My heart skipped a beat there.

The scene where Megure gets stabbed was just weird for me. It seems to me that the female inspector was just standing there waiting to be stabbed instead of trying to disarm the hysterical woman. Also, like others have said before me, how the police below didn't notice the helicopter above firing almost non-stop at the tower and etc.

But what bugs me the most is Gin's reaction after Conan hit the helicopter with the spotlight(that should be a light right? not a helmet, even though it looks like one). He almost sounds like he was afraid, and that's so not like Gin. He should be sounding more angry.

Lastly I think the movie wasn't wrapped up nicely. There's like a lack of conclusion, and everything just ended suddenly. Conan doesn't even get a bump on his head by Kogoro for impersonating his assistant and conducting his own investigation.

I went and checked. His voice really sounded like that in ep 425, though i can't find it in ep 178. I'm surprised though, as it seems so out of character for him.

True, in 178 it's more his face that shows fear- he gets hit by the tranquilizer and looks confused/worried (maybe an effect of the dart), but he doesn't lose his composure when he speaks.

I just finished downloading and watching this move, and I loved it. The storyline was good, and I think this was the best Detective Conan move ever. :3
Btw, when the BO helicopter crashes, it flies past the Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills, and crashes into AOYAMA Cemetery. Looks like the developers decided to include a small easter egg with the movie

I don´t know if this has been posted or asked, but I´m too lazy to read the 5 pages of this thread, so, anyones knows or "deduces" why didn´t Chianti and Korn shoot Takaigi and Satou. Was it only not to uncover themselves and the fact that they didn´t want the police to investigate?

Oh! and Irish´s eyebrows looked funny. 

they just delayed the time they were going to painter's home  since gin wanted to get to the  house before  police did
