Somehow Conan is also liftable by his ears. I´m too lazy to find the fitting scanlations, but I definitely recall
one or two times. (I think he´s used to it by now.)

Yeah, I noticed that his name is Kaito, but you write it differently in Japanese characters. There are two student's in the Japanese school class that my mom teaches, and one of them is Kaito (1st character: "Ocean" 2nd character is the same as Kuroba Kaito's 2nd character in his name), and her other student "Shinichi" is written "heart" and "one"

Kanji is really quite fascinating. Especially when it comes to names. Ichigo from "Bleach" especially comes to mind when someone talks about kanji in names.

I'm reminded of how it's still funny that the episode after the first Makoto episode has another guy named Makoto die.

Another favorite moment is that computer guy in the Night Baron case who name his computer after his dead mom. (probrably the best case ever when it comes to the large amount of characters (and possible motives) in that case)
