Here's some things..

1. Every time Shinichi is brought up to Vodka(like twice, since ep1) he remembers Gin giving Shinichi the poison.. during this flashback it usually shows the part when as Gin is about to do it Vodka seems reluctant and says "Aniki(bro..)"

2. Episode 500: After Camel crashes the van.. and Rena comes out to face Gin, Vermouth, etc.. Vodka says something to the effect of "I guess the mission is a success.. Shouldn't we go?" and Gin reacts to Vodka saying this, looking I almost wanna say suspicious of Vodka then saying "ok"..

If any of you can think of anything pecuilar, let us know.. i'll edit when I think of more

You know I think that Gin should have killed Vodka on episodes 309-311. Because he was useless and he has already failed time and again. Plus he already worked alone for the entire 3 episodes. But he should have also met conan and fought with him. Gin needs a new partner anyway.

i wondered why Vodka wasn't dead yet. he messed up in the first episode and time and time again. especially atwith the tape on the case (forgot the episode) even i knew that one. is he a newbie or a favoite or something?

While that might certainly explain it, I find it horribly creepy.  Even though we have no idea who Anokata is.  Especially since we have no idea who Anokata is.

As I've already said somewhere else, Yamamura's grandmother is anokata, and Vodka is her son (or grandson, depending on his age). She wouldn't let Gin kill her son.

Vodka pointed out that the mission was easy pie. And no one else in the BO is silly enough to say something like that (that's why it's vodka saying it) Korn and Chianti usually just want to kill something. Never saying anything else.

And Gin is the one who is the silent type. And Vodka saying "woo, easy pie!" is a hint for the readers that Gin is suspicious of Kir because she was saved easily.

And we don't know if Vodka is doing a good job outside of the showed mistakes he made. So maybe he is doing a decent job. But if Shinichi is involved, he's screwing up (also because Shinichi is smart etc. ;p)
