Sato/Takagi is the best though the couples in DC are all a great match (Ran/Shinichi and Kazuha/Heiji)

Shinichi/Ran is a given couple - I mean they've both confessed within the first two episodes (to themselves, if not to each other) Their development doesn't interest me as much. But they're okay.

I've always taken a liking to ShinichixRan (which is indicated by my vote), though I find TakagixSato a little cuter and HeijixKazuha to be funnier.  I think what attaches me to ShinxRan is that even though the two of them (well, in a way; at least for Ran) are far away from each other, they keep their affections going.  There's doubts here and there, but that's what makes it a bit realistic.
