Also, in the crucial moment of action, all communications on the ship will go down except for the telegraph, so Conan can show off with his uber knowledge of Morse's code that he learned on Hawaii (duh). Instead of simple words, the message will be in complicated code that only Heiji will be able to decipher. The culprit will aim one of the torpedes at the ship itself (!!!) in a desperate attempt to erase all evidence of his evil deeds along with all the witnesses, but Conan will stop it with a huuuuuge inflatable ball and it will bounce away at the sea where Kid will detonate it, flying away on his hanglider. Meanwhile, Yumi will share a sad moment with her ex- reminiscening how their relationship ended. Conan with his deduction ability will conclude that their quarrel was due to a stupid misunderstanding. Yumi has a boyfriend again. Gosho has no choice but to make him canon.
Oh, and there will be bungee-jumping using an anchor, but I have yet to decide who will be the one to do it.

We may be too late for M17, BUT! we may still make it in time for M18. Just change the settings a bit, replace few characters and voila! Le movie is served.

Movie 18 will be a Christmas Special. It will be called: Detective Conan: First Detective of the Millenium Lost in the Distant Silver Sky (or Timebombed Lost Ship Above the Azure Depths). The story will revolve around a big, shiny ruby Scarlet Scarlatine which was found in Roswell in 1947. Now it's in Santa Claus's possession and it's being used by Rudolf to light the way for Santa's sleigh. Kaito KID put it on his Christmas wishlist. At the same time, things get awry in Santa's toy factory - threats are being sent, production of candy canes is being sabotaged and Rudolf's got nasty case of migraine. Conan&co, during their winter vacation in Lapland, must stop this - or the dawn will never come. Problems arise: someone kidnaps Santa's wife and embezzles money by replacing custom made toys with fakes. Kaito KID apparently disguises as one of the elves. Rudolf is trying to hide some disgraceful past from the investigators. Heiji gets hurt again. DBs are annoying as ever and just can't get a clue. Ran thinks Conan is Shinichi, because he asked in his letter to Santa for 876454th edition of Sign of Four(despite the fact that he could recite it from his memory in his sleep) and said something with serious face. And when a murder finally occurs, only Conan is there to prove Rudolf's innocence.
In a final, dramatic scene Santa sets for his journey on a TIMEBOMBED (!!!) sleigh, totally unaware of the danger. Conan chases after him on Rudolf. There will be a lot of bomb-disarming (I can't see which one's red when it's dark!), flying Santa's sleigh with no lights (I learned it on Hawaii) and making long speeches to the culprit. Kid appears, disposes of the bomb and, after confirming that the Scarlet Scarlatine is not Pandora, together with Conan, Santa and Rudolf they bring presents to the children and best wishes to whole world.
