It's basically a joke manga thrown in there by Eiichi Yamagishi in order to poke fun at Gosho Aoyama's own hatred of raisins. Conan really does make the most interesting face though. xD;; Like it's the absolutely worst torture imaginable.

I don't believe DCTP has any intention of ever translating the Special volumes. If you're really that curious to see the Special Volumes, I recommend taking the plunge and simply buying them. The artwork isn't always the greatest, but there are some interesting moments in the volumes.

The only thing we know canon wise is that hers is a ways off and she said that during the week of (Mouri's jewelry store receipt dated October 2nd)October 3-October 7(the statement was made before the weekend), so that places it sometime in the late spring-early summer range.
