how do you guys notice these tiny mistakes? don't you look at the subs?
i'm always looking at the subs. i know it makes me miss things sometimes but i can't help it.

I saw another typo in the part where

Heiji talks to Conan

but I forgot what it was XD

Although they're horrible in English, but most of them are bloody brainy!

But I've never found any mistaken English words in the manga. The English quotations from the characters are simply EPIC. A question always hooks in my mind, is Aoyama Gosho really excellent in English? cause according from what I've read in manga. If so, Aoyama Gosho amazes me, because that means he is one of few Japanese people who know English well.

The mangakas use consultants for English lines, I'd imagine. As far as I know, Gosho only has an average/above-average English vocabulary, but there are still a few funny lines in there. Better than the usual, definitely, and they certainly read better than they're spoken in the anime ("Ah rad cawd faur ah losaa!").

I treated myself to the famed "Heiji owns Jodie sensei"/"English Teacher v. Western Detective" two-parter (277 and 278), and found a special treat at the end:

This was a big goof-up on the part of the animators, but understandable knowing the "sound it out the Japanese way" mentality for Engrish. Shame on Jodie for not catching her own spelling mistake, though!

Here it is up close for those of us who want to laugh harder. (Thanks to this, an episode that should have ended on a tense note ended with a fit of giggles for me):

This is what people are referring to when they point out that in the manga, it's easier to tell that the pictures Jodie has are actually pictures of pictures that Vermouth had.

Dont worry, you'll get used to it. My boyfriend can't stand reading subtitles because he can't pay attention to whats going on. Once you watch enough, you'll get the hang of it.

actually, that might be true.... in the case when heiji and conan were with jodie, heiji said something about her funnily disguised japanese....

It's definitely there, episode 278 after the credits around 23:40. Mistake on the part of the animators? If that scene's in the corresponding manga chapters, maybe the moniker's there as well, hopefully not misspelled. 

I remember the whole episode 345 explanation to Vermouth: "You wouldn't call him 'guy', you'd call him 'kid', seeing as he's a little boy." Or whatever Jodie said.
