Not directly to the site unless it's your profile pic. But you can however upload directly to an imagehosting site like photobucket or imageshack and then post the link here. For doing that firstly upload the image to the imagehosting site then rightclick on the image and select copy imageadress (or something like that) and then either write the code or use this button:
