I'm not a fan of both pairings (I don't find romances in DC that great in compare to other animes). But please explain me how the hell that's opposing each other.

so...? how does this oppose the "Ran is patient"? These are two arguements which don't oppose each other.

Why would Ai not tell Conan everything? she's careful and if she told him everything, he might try to rush to the B.O. and get himself killed. Haibara doesn't trust Conan enough to tell him all the things because he can be reckless and that's risking both him and her. Maybe she doesn't want him to get killed because she cares about him?

Conan say that the most important thing in a investigation are the facts  , so this are the facts about Shinichi and Ran´s relationship  .

1) Since the first file Gosho Aoyama show that Shinichi is in love whit Ran  .
2) Ran declare that she is in love whit Shinichi    .
3) Despiste the fact that Shinichi only appear in 10 “casesâ€

Don't be surprised if James Rye attempts to kill you 

Of course we haven't seen a romantic scene of CoAi, but there are a number of moments(CoAi fans: Insert Moment(s) Here ) that shows Haibara loves Conan.
In the episode Do-I-Have-Something-On-My-Face-?, Conan doubts why Haibara stares at him like Yukiko told him. At the end of the scene, we were all laughing, but I give this point special consideration in CoAi relation  .


About Ran(SHINRAN FTW!!!!  ) and this goes for all: Do you really think Shinichi was going to propose to Ran in Desperate Revival? I may need to re-watch it, but didn't Shinichi know he was going to return being Conan afterwards? If this is the case, it wouldn't have sense proposing.

Yeah you are right it is strange if he was gonna to propose then shrink to Conan
