I REALLY think Ran has already discovered Conan's identity. Of course, she doesn't know how and why it happened, but she knows. I think Ran is waiting... as Shinichi told her to wait for him, she is waiting that Conan/Shinichi reveals the truth.

I think Ran will miss Conan because she considers him his little brother. And she was a bit sad when Conan's "mother" came to collect him.
