Shinichi+Ran

A topic that definitely don't get discussed enough: Ran's future career. Before you guys brought up the lawyer/prosecutor idea I always figured Ran be the Stay at home Mom type, since she doesn't seem to show her knowledge in law much at all.

I agree with you, I also imagine her staying at home, maybe because we often see her cooking and doing all the housework. because Kogoro does nothing. And we don't know what are the subjects she is better at school either, and I think karate is only a hobby. But if she works I think it will be a work that requires intelligence and sensibility, maybe. Like, I don't know, a teacher? What do you think?

may be kindergarden/ primary school teacher? I see Ran as a type who is good with younger childern. ( after all she was pretty good with DBs mind you...)

then if crime related are okay then I suggest the "Complete stranger", a Shinichi and Ran fanfiction..I really do think it was good..but not the kidnapping case..or maybe good too..besides..Shinichi,Kaito and Saguba are flirting much in that fanfiction..
but there's still a "Love-hate" element there between Shinichi and Ran <3

Just wanted to throw in a random question...would you rather see Ran learn about Shinichi/Conan when he is STILL Conan or after he's already transformed back to Shinichi? =D

I WANT, no, I NEED her to learn about everything while he's still Conan. I have made up my mind about that already a long time ago and I really just want her to realise whats happening, while she still CAN HELP AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I don't want her to be an unimportant sidekick, I want her to be important to the plot.

I agree with Violets, I'd also prefer it when he's still Conan, because the interaction between them would be interesting. Although maybe she wouldn't want to hurt a kid and would wait until he's Shinichi again for her revenge XD

Same here. I want her to learn about it when Shinichi is still Conan. Also, I want her to learn it herself or from other people, and not from Conan himself....and when Conan finally says it...WHAM!!

That would be quite a heart break kinda thing for her.. Gosho would never do something like that. He has always shown a positive way, don't you think so? Ran believes Shinichi a lot.. So, i would appreciate it much more if he himself confesses.. Ran would definitely understand his situation and would love the fact that to save her he has gone through a lot..
