It's not that I hate Ai, I just don't find the idea of ConanAi very flattering. :/
In my opinion, the fact that Conan has not realized Ai's feelings yet...both Conan and Ai are to blame. It's Conan's fault because he's so oblivious to the way Ai hints her feelings towards him. It's also Ai's fault because she does hint her feelings in such ways not many people(or guys rather) would not understand. Or guys like Conan. If Conan would think about it more, or if Ai would step it up a little, I'd might find the idea more...acceptable.
Now MitsuAi...YES! It's so cute~ But..I really hate how people think the pairing would be "pedophilia" since Ai is actually 18(according to what she said in volume 20). Since they're both kids at the moment, I wouldn't consider it that. It's so annoying when people ruin one's fandom by saying things like that...>_>
Ai has shown some acceptance towards Mitsuhiko's feelings, like in volume 28~ I really hope that, if there is an antidote in the end, Ai would stay behind and be with Mitsuhiko. Actually...I've seen a few thoughts about that happening between people on some sites...

I don't get it either. I mean, if you like one team and somebody likes another team, how is that hurtful? They just have a different opinion. I mean, everyone knows that, in canon, the set couples aren't going to change, so what couplings you prefer in the fandom is purely a matter of personal opinion and I honestly don't understand why anyone would find somebody having a different opinion hurtful. It's a bit rude, to be honest, since it kind of implies that it's wrong for somebody to have an alternate opinon.
