I'm kinda 2b. In canon I like ShinRan, but in fanfic I kind of like ConAi a bit better. Depends on how well it's written, but it does lend to some beautifully angsty fanart as well.

It's not that I hate Ai, I just don't find the idea of ConanAi very flattering. :/
In my opinion, the fact that Conan has not realized Ai's feelings yet...both Conan and Ai are to blame. It's Conan's fault because he's so oblivious to the way Ai hints her feelings towards him. It's also Ai's fault because she does hint her feelings in such ways not many people(or guys rather) would not understand. Or guys like Conan. If Conan would think about it more, or if Ai would step it up a little, I'd might find the idea more...acceptable.
Now MitsuAi...YES!
It's so cute~ But..I really hate how people think the pairing would be "pedophilia" since Ai is actually 18(according to what she said in volume 20). Since they're both kids at the moment, I wouldn't consider it that. It's so annoying when people ruin one's fandom by saying things like that...>_>
Ai has shown some acceptance towards Mitsuhiko's feelings, like in volume 28~ I really hope that, if there is an antidote in the end, Ai would stay behind and be with Mitsuhiko. Actually...I've seen a few thoughts about that happening between people on some sites...

MitsuAi is something i'm actually rooting for in Canon, since in Canon I want Shinichi to be with Ran, and I think MitsuAi is just so cute ♥

In this case your disliking shouldn't hinder you to choose your favourite pairing for her. The most possible pairings in DC are ShinxRan, HeijixKazuha, TakagixSato, and ConanxAi.
Moments of Detective Boys pairings won't appear (because they're still kids).
Lucky for ShinxRan fans, then.
They know the ending will be ShinxRan pairings.
But for ConanxAi fans, their engagement is almost impossible.

regarding your last line...what exactly makes him a pervert by having a crush on two girls? he is a kid, so crushes aren't so special and what does he know anyway? to call a child a pervert seems odd.
