Anime Wikia: A summarization of her origins and her current living conditions  . Everything seems accurate(I just skimmed it). I see no problem with it as it does not deal with anything that could be considered an "opinion".

Tanteikid: A small passage about her origins that seems less factual and less detailed. There are a few things that could be considered opinions such as "Haibara lives in constant fear of being caught by the Syndicate". I've always felt she lives in fear of having the Syndicate kill her new family than being caught or dying as she already tried to kill herself.

DetectiveConanWorld: Another factual summirazation about her origins, though this one seems a bit wrong.
"Shiho was about 18 years old when she developed the experimental test compound APTX 4869"

Well know that it was her parents that started the research and she inherited it. We also don't know what age she was when she inherited the research as we don't even know how old she is, just an estimate. (Or am I wrong about any of this?)

"Her unhappiness over the Black Organization's usage of the APTX 4869 (for killing purposes), in addition to her open questioning over the murder of her sister, Akemi Miyano, resulted in her imprisonment and scheduled execution by the Black Organization."

A bit off, she was scheduled for execution because she refused to work for the syndicate any longer after they would not give her the details surrounding her sisters death. The above makes it sound like the B.O. scheduled to kill her because she asked questions, . Mafia style.

"At first stunned, then outraged, Conan protested her presence, but as time went by, he accepted Ai as a friend and fellow victim, though her cynicism and secretive air still rail him at times."

The highlighted must be talking about her depression stage but make it sound like a common thing.

Final Verdict: I only see a problem with one page but I don't really understand your initial question. The way you worded it made it sound though as the pages talked about "opinions" but they really only talk about her origins(aka facts).

Because they seem to not be updated and they seem to make assumptions of her based on only one scene, plus it seems like they don't know whats canon or not.
