I would say yes indeed, for yes, a question is a question no matter how long it is, no matter how many words and spaces and dashes and commas are in the said question- for according to the wiki, 'A question may be either a linguistic expression used to make a request for information, or else the request itself made by such an expression'- which also means, a question can be also be ended with a period, or so the wiki says; the example there is "Tell me what two plus two is", which also prompts an answer- for it is a question, only in a imperative sentence- but back to the point- I do think that your sentence is a question- for it ends in a question mark-and is therefore, within the rules of the of the game, for the only rule so far stated is to answer a question with a question, and yours, sstimson-san, is most defiantly a question, judging by the question mark- does anybody else agree?
