There is most definitely some mysterious  way he was hanged, the weight of two adults going up the boxes would cause them to collapse.

Uhh, okay. Hint 1:

The hints probably made it rather easy to solve soup I guess the trick is in the evidence~

If you want a hint for that then,
[spoiler] What did each of the victims do before or when they entered the warehouse? Something one of them did hid evidence. [/spoiler]

I was also thinking about the ice and the icecream factory man. I think he knocked out the victim with the baseball bat. Then he carried a huge box of ice inside and made a big pile of clothes stuffed with ice under the beam. He put a rope around the victim's neck then put him on the pile. He used the boxes as stairs to get up and tie the end of the rope to the beam. He also made the unconscious victim to stay in a crouching position with the rope keeping him in place. He then set the temperature to maximum, carried the box outside and the ice melted leaving the victim hanging. The melting ice cleaned the clothes and the soles of the victim's shoes since he was standing on it. The culprit might roll up his sleeves to hide the fact they were still damp. It would dry in the hot summer weather, however if he returned to his factory, in a cold environment it would dry slower. Or maybe some blood spilled on it.

Okay, this is not as weird as I originally planned.

Riddle:

Conan, Ran and Kogoro just arrived at a hotel to stay in on their vacation. They were invited as VIP guests thanks to Kogoro's fame. There was a fierce rivalizing between this hotel and the other hotel across the street so they needed somebody to advertise them.

After they entered one of the three deluxe rooms, they heard something falling then painful groans from another room. They rushed there, opened the door and switched the light on since it was already night, but it remained dark. They used the flashlight-wristwatch. The director of the hotel was lying on the floor. He was alive and had no injuries. They called for an ambulance immediately but Conan suggested to call the police too.

He noticed the following things: All the light bulbs were missing from the lamp. The TV and the video tape recorder was turned off. Both remote controls were in their places, like in their own room. The video tape was empty, but a bit warm. The mirror in the room had a small fluorescent tape on it.

The manager of the hotel appeared at the scene and said: This must have been done by somebody from the other hotel to ruin our reputation!

Conan looked suprisedly at the manager then suddenly ran to the window and looked out into the night. He saw a small dot of light across the street. He smiled and said: Manager-san, deluxe rooms in this hotel are on the same floor and they have the same TVs that are different than other rooms have, aren't they...

Questions to answer:

What happened to the victim?
Who is the culprit?
What and how did the culprit do?

Very intriguing case here's my 2 cents on it

What happened to the victim?
The victim was faking his injury in a witness of a famous detective to back up his words. In doing so he could sue the other hotel and ruin their business/reputation

Who is the culprit?
The culprit is the directer and possibly the manager

What and how did the culprit do?
Before Kogorou's visit he removed the light bulb and turned off the TV, the remotes were in place to make it seem normal and out of reach. He also arranged for someone outside use a universal remote control which reflected of the mirror which he could see with the fluorescent tape on when Kogorou enter's their room as they can see through the window, this is when the trick will start. During this time the video tape recorder was still running and became warm as a result.

The culprit played the video tape with a recorded track of someone falling and a groan, the person outside ejected the tape from the TV and the person outside turned it off again. There were no light bulbs in the lamp as the universal control could turn it on accidently. When Conan looked outside he saw the reflection of the remote light at the front.

How to prove it?
If they play the tape and see if it's the same sound then it'll be proof. Also it's rather odd a uninjured man could be on the floor. Conan most likely got suspicious when the manager mentioned "This must have been done by somebody from the other hotel to ruin our reputation!" Normally you would think a deluxe room would be well kept but it's the opposite for this case and if the Director entered and couldn't open the lights he would get someone to fix it for him. These inconstant facts indicate that this was a planned plot perpetrated by the director and the manager.

Since One manger is trying to out do the other, the switch room game. He first takes the other manger in to a completely messy room. Then switchs room numbers and ten minutes later he take him back to the room but now everything is it place.

He hoping the other manger will drop dead by seeing the impossible happen.

This is mostly right, but there is a twist.

Lamp is not remote controlled.

Video tape was totally empty when it was examined. No sound either.

When Conan looked outside he saw the reflection of the remote light at the front.
