Oh, and a Round 13 time poll.

I probably should have just included this in the round 13 topic to avoid multiple topics, but oh well.
Due to my time schedule, I can only change phases between 7pm and 12am EDT.
The current time of this post is 9:31PM EDT, so look at what it is in your forum time if you want to find out how it relates to your time. Otherwise, you can go here:
http://time.gov/timezone.cgi?Eastern/d/-5
You can choose as many times as you want to, this way you can choose every time that would work for you, so hopefully we get the best time chosen.
Note that for me, earlier is better. Though I'll try to avoid it, the later time you choose, the more likely I am to not make the time exactly on weekends.
A Notice!
Due to things outside of my control, Night 1 will start Saturday at 7pm (Thus, prep phase will start on Friday, 7pm EDT). However, Night 1 will end at whatever time has won by that point, on Sunday (or monday, in the case of 12am EDT being chosen).
This shouldn't be a big deal, because all this results in is an earlier prep phase, and a Night 1 slightly longer than 24 hours. And once Night 1 comes about, we will be back to our normally scheduled programming.
