I do not copy everything, just things I edit. In this case, I used

a) 6.5 (-1 perfect, -1 size, -1.5 grainy)

to create

c) 6.5/10 (-1 perfect, -1 size, -1.5 grainy)

Instead of writing the whole line, I had only to edit a little bit:
