We can start with targets from that list to see if it's true...I think the BO wouldn't think about putting six names on it if they faked one unless vermouth is disguised and really used it. I'm going to believe it for now but if it's wrong we can get the person it came from. I think there's no way to fool Yusaku and Okiya's deduction to the worng names so it can't be a mistake if it's wrong but must be a lie.
