Well, I'm certainly glad to have someone else's opinion on Kir!  Looking at both versions of Kir (yours and mine), I much rather prefer yours.  I just have a couple of questions:

@Betrayal: Will Kir only learn the actions of one BO throughout the entire game each night or will it change?

Well, it's random on any BO member in the game.
So, Night 1 she get's info on Gin. Night 2 on Anokata. Night 3 on Gin again (or someone else)
Can be Gin all the time too, if the random generator says so

@Blame: If I remember correctly, when someone investigates a possible crime and it comes out to be true, an Auto-Report may go out to a police character.  If someone is Blamed for the crime, sometimes the report won't make sense, correct?

(Ex.: Sebolains (Anokata) Blames Edogawa4869 (Akai) for slandering Kleene Onigiri (Sonoko); Akonyl (Shinichi) Investigates Edogawa4869 (Akai); Detective Tommy (Takagi) receives an Auto-Report

In this situation, Akai can't Slander anyone, so should an Auto-Report go out for Blamed Actions?

I'd say yes. Since fake actions done by Black Suitcase would also be auto-reported afaik D: The use of blame is to get a Townie suspicious and even arrested XD So no harm in letting it being auot-reported.

@I'm Watching You Pee! (Stake-Out): I like it.  From what I've seen in the thread, there has been far too many Investigating characters based on the reactions I've seen in the thread.

@Contact: I'm not entirely sure what you mean.  From what I gather, you like it because it can prove to be a great alliance or a glaring failure.  Also, about Vermouth/Kid, I'm not entirely sure about giving Vermouth a chance to be the Contact.  After all, if Kir Contacts Vermouth disguised as Shinichi, then she could easily be dead within the first phase!

Like Ako-chan said, Sonoko could also befriend Vermouth. So same risk for Kir I guess.
And well, I dunno how powerful Kir would be alone with those abilities. And if she also get's an ally, then it could make her too powerful. But on the other hand, the chance that she doesn't get a ally is rather high I think. That's why I'm not sure if she should have that or not D:

Anyway, a few suggestions to roles, as I see it:

Pisco:
- When pisco erases somebody, if that person was going to leave a will, the will should not be given to the town, and pisco should also be given the will. Neither of these were in the rules, and I didn't give Pisco the wills, but I kept the wills from the town. But, I think he should get them, if he's getting rid of the evidence.
- If Pisco kills Conan/Shinichi/Ran/Eri, Kogoro should not be sobered by it. After all, he doesn't know that they died. This wasn't an issue this round, but I think it should be added to the rules anyway.

Calvados:
-If calvados's covering would fail due to his accomplice being lynched/arrested that day, or being arrested the night of the covering, Calvados should kill himself. Essentially, Calvados is the strongest BO member in his current incarnation, as he's as strong as the strongest living BO, and can switch the power he's providing depending on the needs of the group. Introducing this drawback would make him a little more weary of who to cover.

And my questions to you about Pisco and Kogoro did actually affect this round, slightly (though not in any noticeable way, just helping sort some things out). It helped Kleene and I figure out that Schillok was Heiji.

It's a risk you take when covering a high-profile target. And he clearly doesn't sacrifice himself for people, he shoots himself in the face when the cards are against him. He's calvados.

Eh, that's true too. I thought about that, I like Akemi how she is too, but you are right, I got nothing, It would be interesting to see a BO with a protection role, but I don't think there are any that would.

So anyway, a compilation of what I suggest to be changed to existing characters:

Pisco
- When Pisco erases, the will is not shown in the thread, and Pisco gets to read the will.
- When Pisco erases someone close to Kogoro, it does not cause him to become Sober.

Calvados
- If Calvados's accomplice is lynched/arrested during the day that he assigns the covering action, or the night of the covering, Calvados will commit suicide.

Megure
- Megure loses the ability to Arrest, and must only use House Searches to arrest people.
- Either: Megure is given 3 house arrests per game (which don't cause suspension), or he as infinite House Arrests, which still cause suspension.

Takagi+Chiba
- Lose the ability to Investigate
- Gain Stake-Out: Night action, the policeman learns of all actions performed to a player that night. So, "Akonyl stakes out Kleene" may result in a PM of "Kleene was healed, and discombobulated", for example. If Abs uses the black suitcase to "interrogate" Kleene, the PM will simply state that Kleene was interrogated, not that she was interrogated with the Black Suitcase.

Anokata
- Gains Blame: Night action, Anokata can choose to blame a townsperson for committing a crime on that night. Any investigations that investigate this action will come back as true, and the townsperson will be able to be arrested for this action as well.
- The action of blaming cannot be investigated ("Akonyl blames Kleene" results in a false even if I'd blamed her for sniping me)
- Vermouth cannot arrest people for blamed actions.
