The reason I'm blaming her is that while all police can arrest someone (which requires that the person first commit a crime), Satou has her own ability which allows her to temporarily arrest someone without a crime at all. So, because I haven't committed any crimes, either I was blamed for a crime (Anokata has the ability to blame people for crimes, which means that it's possible to be arrested for a crime you didn't commit), or Satou decided to throw me in Detention. Hopefully it was the latter, because then at least I'll get out at some point.
