To settle any confusion: Yuriko didn't heal herself last night.
(Sorry, I was a little too preoccupied with being angry at the BO earlier and forgot to clear that up. I'm still angry though.)

Double-posting to make sure everyone sees this:
Gin now has Erase Evidence (which I didn't realize until now, since I'm just now actually looking over the roles and such - I thought he just had Erase Body). Anyway, given that Yuriko's body wasn't erased, there is a very high chance that the BO erased the evidence of the kill last night.
So for the pols - don't go arresting people for that unless you're absolutely certain (beware of Frame, too), that they killed her.
Special Investigators, if there are any - it's probably pointless to check for people killing her.
My reasoning: if they erased the evidence of the N1 kill, then they assume the town will spend most of the game trying to narrow down who killed her, when actually it's impossible if you look for "X kill Yuriko N1." It gives the BO an advantage and the town a huge disadvantage.
That is, of course, erring on the side of caution and assuming that Gin is in the game at all. If he isn't, then we're clear. But at this point, I would focus on finding the killers of later nights rather than N1 until we have evidence either way.

The girl's body was picked up and placed into the back of the police car
"Now, do any of you have any idea who did this?

"Obviously Misaki did it! Look at that guilty face" Moho shouted
"I guess maybe breva?" Kain whispered

So nobody could reach a concensus, and the police decided to leave
