Well, it's always between 22:00 and 22:15, after all, I need to wait until the last minute for eventual order changes, so I can't be ready at exactly 22:00. Also, the update was exactly a minute before your post

Sorry, I didn't mean anything by that.  I really meant to find out how big a curve Stopwatch threw you.

Begin of Fall 1902

Admiral Tyrtov stood upon the bridge of his ship, looking down on his beaten fleet. He had been met completely unprepared by the joint attack of the Ottoman Army and Navy, and had been forced to leave the harbour of Konstanza. Having been chased by the Ottoman Fleet all over the Black Sea, always waiting for an order from Moskva, he had finally dropped anchor in Odessa. He had decided he would wait here until he finally got an order on what to do. Or at least, that had been his planned. After being stuck in this unfriendly town for nearly a month now, his soldiers had gotten so angry of this state that only an increase of wages had been able to avoid a mutiny. And now, the Ottoman Navy had again appeared on the horizon, and there was still no order from Moskva!
With a sigh, he turned around to face his counter admiral. "Tell the man that it seems there is no alternative for us than to disband. Tell them to scuttle the ships before that, though". When the man turned to tell the sailors about his orders, Tyrtov turned around and sighed. All of this could have so easily been aboided if there had been orders...

[Note: Clearly enough, all of the above is fictional and is just there for story-telling reasons. Well, and to drive the point of how bad forgetting orders is home ]
