This might be suspicious, but I'm willing to risk it.

Xpon told me the two that are claiming to be Detective Boys.
So, I think that the same two should PM me and tell me if it's true.

If I PM you and ask personally, you can lie.
But this way, if 3-4 people PM claiming to be DB, we have a lead.

It's up to you guys. I have already told some people my role and they trust me.
And I know 2 people's roles. (Including the two DB, I know 4).

This was just an idea. So if you two DB PM me, it would help.
Of course, I look suspicious. But this is one of the only ways to get a lead...

while it may be the GM's doing, it may have also just been them paying me back for killing Ayumi that way a while ago, though they themselves are now guilty of the same crime! :O

Well, at least I think you have been paying back enough for killing her that one game. So I will try to avoid killing you the next time I am BO... at least right in the beginning. So if neither Akonyl nor me die during the next game in night 1, I might be BO. (So: Dear BO, don't kill either of us too soon next time so we can be suspicious and might get lynched. Thank you.)
Anyway, there are more people that need to be hunted down. For example Abs. for killing me last game. Or whoever killed me this time.

The revenge list is getting longer and longer and I am not becoming BO nearly often enough to start removing people from it...


After hearing xpon say that the DBs are "useless roles"... how is it playing as one of them Akonyl? You have been them 3 times now and despite dieing so early each time you must have gotten a good idea how strong they are. PM me if necessary...

although in past rounds, I've seen people say that "let's not kill akonyl" thing, then pop up in the BO next game where I immediately get shot in the face. So I'll take your words with a grain of salt.

As for the DB role, I'll only say that I've played it twice, because the second time I played it I got offed (actually, by you, I think ) in the first round before I had the chance to even PM ctu my action, not three. As to how useless they are, in my opinion they could be more useless, but in the current state of the game, they're pretty bad. They actually had a good side back before APTX came around, but now because people have to make a choice of "well, either this person is going to APTX me or they're gonna ally with me, which do I choose..." it's a little harder to get people to trust you. It's an interesting ability, but the chance of getting much out of it is pretty low, and infinitely less useful than a sonoko/bff combo.

Well... good choice. Maybe Abs. is in the BO that time as well and wants to kill you during night 1 again.

Wasn't me. I was only BO once and at that time I killed Eisuke. Nothing to be proud of either, but he knew about the existance of the BO so he - meaning you -  had to be silenced.

Well, either we leave the DB the way they are now or maybe someone finds a good idea how to make playing them a little bit interesting. Suggestions are welcome in the Mafia "Roles and Rules"-thread. But now I am pretty sure that all the worries about them being too strong that we had in the beginning turned out to be naught.
