Why would leaking info be considered a crime? If she's leaking info about the BO, then I would see that as a job well done, not a crime.

If you mean from interrogation: BO, then it doesn't matter. Okiya and Akai are town with scent. And Vermouth is BO but can disguise as not BO. So it's just another obstacle...
