Actually, you are. Might wanna know that the best version imo is the PSP version.
It has HD sprites and comes with its sequel. Although you don't have a PSP afaik.
Whatever the case, go play the GBA version since it's awesome too. (Many additions compared to the original SNES and PS versions)
If you have a DS though, go play it there since it's in 3D there.
