Notes: Initial suspect but events of Night two cleared him. Upon his return during Day three, he sent me a message stating he was on the verge of trusting me due to my recent conjecture on Beastly(first town’s person to make contact with me) but needed proof of my words. I decline to provide such evidence in fear that he might be targeted or tricked due to having such information and instead apologized for suspecting him. This was enough to gain his trust (it usually is when good deals with good) but only that, he stated he trusted me but would not reveal his role. This did not concern me as I already knew his role and why I could trust him at this time.

Conclusion: Is playing the role of Jodie due to his comments in the thread upon his return.

Can kaito disguise again?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that.  Kaito can only have 1 disguise throughout the whole game.  It cannot change.  And he can't be Kaito disguised as Takagi disguised as Araide.  There also can't be two Kaito.

It seems my suspicions of you where misplaced Officer, I just couldn't shake the feeling you were hiding something and I was right about that. It seems even when I try to get away from you, I ended up right next to you, Officer...heh, why am I talking to a corpse.

well of course it would be obvious when there's two killings. However, he can go back into hiding at the end of a night phase, so even if there is two killings he could already be in hiding again by then.
