If the doctor went forward then the BO would go after that person and thus would be unable to save any lives

I don't even know what you're tryin to get at with that, if I was in the BO I don't see how that would give you a good idea of who I was gonna kill next unless you think that as a game mod I'm trying to get you killed first again.

Well when I was the ORg I even stated who I would go after in a way that made me look like a concerned townsfolk   did not work out that well for long tho
