i still think abs is a better target since anokyl gave eviedance to support why even if it isnt trust worthy plus im pretty sure anokyl being the last game mod wouldnt put herself out there like ranger did and remember when we killed ranger manguluva also died not saying akonyl is akai but its likely that she is telling the truth and if we kill her we lose kaito witch leads to some problems so lets go with abs and if they are not bo well get akonyl and after that youd probly get me for defending akonyl

So rather than believe the only person who's come up with any reasoning to what happened during the night, you choose to distrust me solely because my reveal rubbed you the wrong way, seems a bit silly to me.

Heh.  This is the way I see it. 

As shown from the previous game, the trickster can be very fundamental in finding out who the BO are (*curses and shakes fist*).  Since we all know this, revealing oneself as the trickster is very risky.  The BO members would likely strike at you next so that one of their greater threats is gone.  This is, assuming, that you are not BO yourself.  Being Vermouth would be a great way to disguise this since you'd be both Vermouth and Eisuke... technically...

Of course, still assuming you're lying, you could be calling yourself the trickster so that the BO thinks that you're lying and don't kill you because you're probably just yumi or someone. 

I just like the first possibility.  I'm also not fond of everyone rallying around the cry of one person and lynching someone just because one other person thought that they were BO.  Must I remind you of what happened to Akai and Yumi?

When I played this game before, there was more role-lying when the voting for lynching came. so far, only Ranger and Akonyl said their role(even if they are lying) in public.

Eh, even if my percentages aren't exactly right I still think it's the right direction.

This will have one of 4 outcomes:
1) I'm right, and am praised a hero as the town continues to victory
2) I'm right, and am praised a hero until I'm sniped in the head tonight
3) I'm right, but am lynched anyway, and I get to cackle vengefully to myself as the town leads itself to ruin
4) I'm wrong and I feel like a total ass.

I like those odds.

4a) You're wrong, feel like an ass, and die the next night and are unable to contribute anything more to the game.
4b) You're wrong, feel like an ass, survive and nobody believes you anymore.

I don't think you're doing the math correctly.  If you're wrong then you're screwed game-wise and if you're right then you're still screwed in 2 out of those 3 choices.  So there's only one option in which you are not screwed.  So, if you're telling the truth, then you're taking this huge risk  when you could have been tricked or that person could have been slandered.  However, if you're BO and you're lying then you don't have much to worry about now do you.  You'd only have to avoid being lynched.

As for the role of the Trickster: yes it's a good role. However, you're wrong when you say that the trickster is still fundamental. In the previous game, the strength of the Trickster was in that he was effectively a detective who was unaffected by slandering, because if he tricked someone and a killing still happened that night, the tricked person would have to be a townsperson automatically. However, due to the change in having mafia-appointed killers this round, this no longer applies as the Trickster can trick a member of the BO and still have a death happen. The existence of mafia-appointed killers also reduces the trickster's ability to save lives with his power.

So without the ability to be a "detective" anymore, all the trickster is is basically a doctor who rather than getting to know their patient (which is valuable in ally-making), gets a chance to find out who's in the mafia. And I believe that this is that chance.

edit: as to you commenting on how "screwed" I am, I fully expect to die because of this eventually, just preferably not today. However, when the townspeople outnumber the mafia, trading one townsperson's life for someone in the mafia's life is an overall benefit to the game.
