No, we should try to arrest xpon.
It's usually better to not arrest someone when there is doubt if he's 100% BO or not and also to know what role he/she has, thus which BO it is.
But since we know xpon is BO and which possible BO role, it's better to arrest him.

He's also aware that he'll get taken out sooner or later, so he told his allies all info anyway probably. And if he's in jail, he can just give his BO buddies advice, but not gather info anymore.

I guess it's also true that they may have give xpon the BS tonight to let him prove himself in case he lived. So if we arrest him, it's possible that the BO could lose those investigations tonight.

The League has ordered a quarantine on every single one of its member. The decision was a harsh one and met much protest, but nevertheless the Councillors had made their choice. Everyone was put in a separate room in the Institute of War, awaiting their release.

But it seemed that for xpon, the release might not be coming soon. Not very soon after he was escorted to his room, he has been pulled out of it by League personnel and put into another room - a different kind of room, usually used for holding wrongdoers. There was a big commotion about it, but no one actually knew what happened.

A lone champion was sitting in his room, enjoying some tea. He liked the quarantine. Being the famous person that he is, he is always met with a big crowd. The chance to have some time on his own hardly ever comes by.

Whoosh.

He turned around. What was that? Must have been the wind. He turned back to his tea, not sensing the cloaked figure behind him. In a quick slash, Commi-Ninja’s head fell on his table, spilling the tea everywhere. Blood poured out of the cut in Heimerdinger. The Revered Inventor (Agasa)’s neck. The cloaked figure quickly disappeared as the guard came around for a check.



The councillors didn’t bother to call Vayne or Singed for an investigation. They knew that those two were busy with their own cases. However, they have secured the crime scene, waiting for their investigators to return.
