even though 12am is winning on the poll, the prep phase and night 1 will start at 7pm due to obligations of mine, but then things will start at midnight.

So:
prep: starts at 7pm EDT friday, ends 7pm EDT saturday (24 hours)
night 1, starts 7pm EDT saturday, ends 12am monday (29 hours)
day 1, starts 12am monday, ends 12am tuesday (24 hours)
night 2, starts 12am tuesday, ends 12am wednesday (24 hours)
day 2, starts 12am wednesday, ends 12am thursday(24 hours)
night 3, starts 12am thursday, ends 12am friday(24 hours)
etc

thus, when the actual game is going on, things will indeed start/end at midnight. However, prep phase and night 1 will start early.
