sounds like a plan, I had my eyes on him originally anyway.
Also, if there are any other police, I would like to point out that because "Holmes killed Callid" is a valid crime, if you know that anybody else is in the BO, you can now just say "X helped Holmes kill Callid" and manage to arrest them because of the abetting rule. So, if any of you detectives know any police, you could arrest some BO pretty easily without having to know who each individual killed, or what.

Nearly. I think he pointed it out, though, in case any other police officers didn't realize what it meant when Holmes was arrested.conia wrote:Isn't that... almost cheating?Akonyl wrote: sounds like a plan, I had my eyes on him originally anyway.

I might wake up early and go running. I also might wake up and win the lottery. The odds are about the same.

It's a rule (at least last I checked with Callid last game)conia wrote:Isn't that... almost cheating?Akonyl wrote: sounds like a plan, I had my eyes on him originally anyway.

I mean, usually you wouldn't even get an arrest in a whole game, let alone on Night 2. It's the BO's fault really for choosing a high profile target immediately. Not to mention, one policewoman(Callid) and one detective(you) are dead already, so I don't even really know how many police/detectives are even left.
And yeah, I was basically pointing it out so that any remaining police would know the best way to arrest people now

I had indeed been wondering why "mangaluva helped Conia in killing Callid" was used as an example, and "abetting a murder" was included.

Now, why would I give the enemy such information, here out in the open?Akonyl wrote: Then your move, Herr TheBlind! Or is this a move that won't happen today?
Something is bothering me though:
Ctu: Beastly
Commi-Ninja: Beastly

Kleene Onigiri: Holmes
Holmes: Xcommando
Beastly: Xcommando
Xcommando: TheBlind

Holmes voting for Xcommando just doesn't seem right.
If Xcommando was B.O. like I claimed, why would Holmes vote for his teammate?
No one suspected him out in the open at the time(I will not let you have all the glory Akonyl!), so he had no need to sell out Xcommando...so why---------*gets hit with Conan lighting*
Ha. I see, that's how it happened. It seems my first plan caught an innocent man and used him as bait to catch two killers, all unbeknown to myself.
Spoiler: The conjecture
Now, I know what you will ask Beastly:"You can't claim I am B.O. just because I had the same vote as Holmes, can you?"
Tsk Tsk, Yes I can because I have evidence. Evidence I cannot share at the moment but to simplify things:

Only five members, only five are hidden to me. In other words I figured out the roles of everyone else except these five. Using the poll, Beastly you are the most suspicious and Commi-Ninja is your partner. By voting for you in a poll that was suppose to be the death of Xcommando, he tried to create a cover just in case things took a bad turn...but you guys didn't except such a scenario like the one that did happen.
In the end..you all exposed yourselves to the light.
And I will prove it tomorrow.

Though this was a fatal mistake, no one seemed to notice it as the whole town couldn't find a clear cut reason to unite, everyone was a suspect, until Akonyl entered. "When one falls, they ALL fall".Spoiler: The conjecture

First, you said if Holmes voted for Xcommando, isnt that will create a cover too like what you said about Commi-Ninja voting for me.
Then if Commi-Ninja voted for me is it just same for Xcommando if your deduction is true?
But then again, if you want my role kindly PM me. I thought this will not happen again. Since when i PM someone i died. But when i didnt PM someone i didnt die. So yea PM me TheBlindie

Wait! Hold on there... If Commi-Ninja is B.O. by virtue of voting for Beastly's lynching, wouldn't Ctu be suspect as well? I assume the reason you clear Ctu of the same reasoning is because you have some privileged information regarding Ctu?TheBlind wrote:Beastly you are the most suspicious and Commi-Ninja is your partner. Yay!
My death was avenged!
Also, it's interesting to notice that if the BO kills Satou, right in the next night the murderer is arrested. Obviously killing Satou will outright mobilize and motivate all of the police's forces.
Oh, and it was also the very first arresting at all. As I said: the police should risk a little bit (although 50% is rather good).
And the moral of the story: killing Satou won't bring glory!
