A win for the village. Though we failed to catch a culprit, we also avoided taking another casualty, forcing the B.O. to use their Night to fix this.
We have slowed them down but we must strike a deceive blow next day phase. Once we draw blood, the village will be victorious!
Hopefully, my current plan will secure victory and have the light overtake the darkness.

If it was Holmes, then he will be dealt with promptly. However, if this is false, then the killer was Commi-Ninja and should be lynched as such.

Now I know you ask, "but why should we trust you, Akonyl?", and I know you don't have one right now, because you don't know if I'm a townie or a BO member. However, only one circumstance  requires that you trust me (that Commi-Ninja did it), and if that's the case you'll have plenty of reason to know I'm not in the BO when I'm dead. If Holmes did it, then I don't need your help anyway.

I don't see how being allied with the trickster would help, as tricking Holmes wouldn't do anything (because whoever killed Callid isn't allowed to do the next killing I believe, the BO has to take turns in killing)

It would only work if by "one of their own" you mean Sonoko.  Otherwise, every other character's disguise would be revealed upon death... The person killed would have been revealed to be B.O., so who cares who they implicated before death?  

Even if it were one of the lovers, the other lover would have also died unless they were counting on having a "poor lover" to save them...  Risky at best.

@Kleene Yeah, I would rather not have anyone die vs. accidentally lynching a townie.  I'm suspicious of you and Akonyl...  Trusted each other fairly early now, didn't you?

I don't see why you're singling me out, as Ctu/Commi and Holmes/Beastly also voted the same way as each other. Although in Game 2 the only person who trusted me Day 1 other than my bff conia was Xcommando, who turned out to BO, I wouldn't say that that's necessarily the case here.

Also, although mafiakilling a mafia isn't that good of a decision, the mafia suspecting and lynching a mafia member is a valid strategy as it throws suspicion away from them. It just doesn't work too well if it's like Xcommando's case when every player that voted voted to lynch him.

What do you mean trusting early? I pmed you because I got a suspicious feeling about holmes too, and you said that in open chat.
And there are actually 3 "pairings"/"Partners" that voted for the same person D: so they would all be suspicious too.
And my tactic for lynching is: better all towns vote for a majority. Even if they vote for a townie accidentally, there is still a chance to vote for BO and kill one.
But if all townspeople don't vote or vote for various people, then the BO can get a majority and kill of a townsperson for sure.

That's why I think the people that "forgot to vote" or that "didn't vote because they didn't know who" are suspicious. Because there wasn't a majority this time tho it's very likely that there are at least 3 BO members or more.(since 2 is very low for 14 people)
So if they tell each other who to vote for they could kill someone off. Ofc they could also pull a mindtrick and just 2 people vote, and hope that someone else votes the same. And the rest of the BO doesn't vote at all or vote for a BO member to look innocent.
