Also, I wasn't in contact with them, so that wasn't my fault. I didn't know they even needed protection.

But Kleene slandering herself was an investigation result, AND I did identify Kleene as Gin.
So it's safer to investigate her. I need to check if it was Night 1 or 2.

What I mean by "get another Townie knocked out" is that you're BO.  The BO has gotten rid of 7 Townies already (did I count correctly?), so you want to check another one off of the list.  So, yes, I guess you could say that you wanted to get one killed.  Better?  On the other side, however, there's always the other three murders during the night...

Besides, how I am I supposed to believe that you didn't know them?  I can't really take anything you say at face value anymore.
