The first one is pretty simple - "great". The second one is a really, really special word, and can mean completely different things. It always means "drink", in a very general sense (i.e. anything you can drink ). On it's own, it's very negative and marks said drink as "barely drinkable". Due to it's funny sound, it is, however, also used in an ironic way, i.e. something you would want to drink a lot of. The "großartig" in front of it would, in this case, clarify that the second meaning is the correct one.

Well depends on what you mean by roughly my same age. There are three years diffence with some of the oldest of the young people. Followed by a few 40 year old people.
