Someone that cancelled his petition before he told me that I haven't voted.
Honestly, I think the first rule is redundant. You can always just post the 'goal' on the top of the CCP or below.
And I don't see the reason to ban anyone UNLESS they break the rules.

Someone whom I'm telling that the only paragraphs stating actual consequences for disobeying are §1-2 and §4.
